    Graphic but you raise more questions than answers here.

    Precisely what was the issue you had with your HP printer?

    What model number and what steps did you take to get it fixed?

    I wish I could shoot up a couple of HP printers myself. You deserve a medal for doing that. Thank you, for relieving some of my stress, brought on by HP garbage.
