I don’t how accurate that article is. What they conviniently ignore is that 10 years is max for piracy. The other sentences are minimum. Half the time piracy will get a slap on the wrist or a small fine, 10 years is only an extreme case.
As for the other side, I know of a guy who’s in jail for life because of a child porn crime…
